On the week beginning 3rd February, we celebrated Children’s Mental Health Week at East Hoathly. In our classes, we learned about what mental health is, how we can look after our own and each other’s mental health and why mental health is so important. We completed activities and had discussions in our classes, then spent some time sharing what we had learned within our house teams.
