In groups, the children wore gloves and pulled apart the pellets to see if they could find out what the owls had eaten. They used a sheet and were able to compare the bones to see what animals there were.<\/p>\n<p>Elsie in Year 5 said \u201cWe had to pull the bones out and use the shapes to see what animals they were.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>George in Year 6 said \u201cThe pellets smelt really bad, like animals in a zoo. Despite that, we had a lot of fun trying to figure out what the animals were.
