This week in Forest School, Year 5 and 6 went down to the Forest for Forest School. They were split into four groups and their objective was to make it big enough to fit all of their teammates and to be as waterproof as possible.<\/p>\n

Once the children built their shelters, using the natural resources around them, Mr Lulham tested the shelters by pouring water on them to see how waterproof they were.<\/p>\n

William in Year 6 said that his favourite part was building the dens. \u201cIt was a bit of a challenge and we had to work together to build the shelters.\u201d<\/p>\n

Toby in Year 5 said \u201cour shelter was kind of waterproof. Next time, we would put more leaves on to cover the gaps.\u201d<\/p>\n
