Today we each\u00a0carried a cross, marked with the name of a victim of the war from Hartfield. The children amazed us with the respect and reverence they showed as they walked through the\u00a0Churchyard, past some of the heroes\u2019 graves stones, and then, led by James Castle, each laid a cross at the village War Memorial.\u00a0The crosses have been left on display for us all this Remembrance weekend.<\/p>\n
