On Thursday 16th April, our school took part in the TCS Mini London Marathon. Children had to complete a 2 mile run.<\/p>

The route was organised by Mr Sumner from Active Education, and took in exciting local trails. There were stiles to climb, as well as hills and bridges to navigate. The children were absolutely brilliant, showing so much perseverance.<\/p>

We were so proud of all children who took part completing the 2 mile run. The greatest outcome was the children had fun, and experienced the joy of running! (Watch out for what Mrs Fry has planned next!)<\/p>

A huge thank you to all the staff and volunteers for making this event run so smoothly. To the PTFA for providing refreshments, parents for all the cake donations and cheers for children, staff for supporting all children to complete and to Mr Sumner for all his hard work making this happen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
