Beech Class Trip to Sussex Butterfly Gardens

On Thursday, Beech Class took a trip to the Sussex Butterfly Gardens. We had such a fun morning handling different insects and learning more about them. We saw stick insects, cockroaches and even a tarantula! We, of course, spent lots of time in the butterfly tunnel. We saw so many different butterflies and some of us were lucky enough to have them land on us. It was a very warm day, so we really got to understand what it must be like for a butterfly to live in the heat, I can’t say we enjoyed it as much as they do though! Everyone had a brilliant time and a big thank you to everyone at the Butterfly Gardens and to those that helped on the day.
