Last week, we also finished our “People Who Help Us” topic with a visit to the fire station. We explored the station, had a tour of the fire engine, climbed inside, watched the firefighters spray the hose and even heard the sirens. The children were in total awe and it was such a special way to end the topic – we feel very lucky to have been able to go!
