Winnie to Pooh Workshop

Thank you to Alfie who came in today to talk about our wonderful Ashdown Forest and why it is so special to celebrate 100 years of Winnie the Pooh. We discussed what you find in the forest, as well as a craft activity making headpieces and wrist cuffs using the local wildlife as inspiration.

Christ’s Hospital Year 5 Performing Arts Day

Five of our Year 5 girls attended a performing arts event at Christ’s Hospital School in Horsham this week. Thank you to Mrs Henriques for being their chaperone for the day! They enjoyed watching some students perform a drama sketch at the start of the day, and more students sing songs from their production of Frozen at the end of the day. There was a Frozen theme to the whole day! They had workshops on dance, singing, drama, and making puppets, and they displayed some real talent! Well done, girls!
