Federation Development Plan (FDP)

This FDP provides an overview of the joint strategic development plans for all Pioneer Schools from September 2026 to July 2027.

Each Pioneer school then also has their own School Development Plan (SDP) and Self Evaluation Form (SEF).

Both this ‘FDP ‘and each ‘school individualised SDP/SEF’ should be referenced when evaluating Pioneer schools.
